Christmas Day it says they close at 3 o'clock. We get there 20 to 3. they have the door locked telling people they're closed then she lets that one person in I went to the door so I'm coming in you don't close till three. Elizabeth very rude employee you close at three you lock the door at three not 20 till and run people off. We went out of our way to make it there before 3 o'clock and she wasn't gonna let us in I think the whole crew needs to be reprimanded I don't care what day of the year is you don't close early Elizabeth should be fired for being a rude bitch. Debbie manager in the black shirt today t-shirt syle you are rude. She spoke to everyone in line in front and behind, even laughing. When you appear to have issues with people who dont look like you, there is a word for that lady. This is the 2nd time that has occurred while visiting that store. This time, corporate will receive a call. You either get with it or leave the register and hide your horrible face out in the back. By the way, VONS people aren't lined up there. B
