Today I walked into Ulta in La Quinta, feeling like I truly needed a refresh. I had booked an appointment for a haircut with Hazen. I simply can’t say enough about how amazing he was, how he listened to my needs and requests, and how gentle was throughout the process, not only with his words (my hair was not in excellent condition) but also with the entire process itself. He truly understood my goals and vision. The young man who helped me was pleasant. Dissapointing that you no longer carry Smashbox. There was a sign up for a free gift with my purchase. I bought the minimum because of that. However, when I asked the counter staff said they never got them sent to them and apologized. This was disappointing. I told them the sign was up. It would have been kind to offer a different gift but that did not happen.

France’s Gaxiola is a highly skilled professional and does amazing work! She has been my hairdresser for over 5 years now. I am always happy with her work! She has great advice and cares for your hair, wants & needs, I definitely recommend her services!
