When I purchased my home new in Terra Lago, the tile work was not properly sealed. In a short time span, the grout was stained and discolored. I tried another company to clean and reseal the grout before Totally Restored (TR) and was solely disappointed. Tim from TR answered my inquiry quickly , was responsive, and professional. His final billing was reasonable and within the ballpark of his estimate. My tile floors are bright, clean and look brand new. I am so pleased with Totally Restored.
