I called Totally Restored to resurface the concrete around my pool, sidewalks and backyard area because the previous owner had painted over the original concrete. Unfortunately it was peeling and cracking and so I hired Totally Restored. They did an AMAZING job! My backyard comcrete decking looks brand new! Richard Garcia and his partner worked tirelessly to remove the paint, power wash the area and apply the new Kool decking and sealant. When I purchased my home new in Terra Lago, the tile work was not properly sealed. In a short time span, the grout was stained and discolored. I tried another company to clean and reseal the grout before Totally Restored (TR) and was solely disappointed. Tim from TR answered my inquiry quickly , was responsive, and professional. His final billing was reasonable and within the ballpark of his estimate. My tile floors are bright, clean and look brand new. I am so pleased with Totally Restored.
