My family recently hired Serna to patrol our commercial property after numerous break-ins. After the hiring, the break-ins stopped. The daytime and overnight patrols provided detailed daily reports with included pictures of the property, They were very good in removing homeless individuals without incident. We reside in a private community of upscale homes in Palm Springs, Ca. The former security representative was fired for unscrupulous behavior. The HOA now utilizes Serna and Associates for the neighborhood's security patrol. Mr. Steve Serna is gracious and professional, and strives to ensure positive community relations. When I jog in the evenings, I notice the patrol units are here consistently and on schedule; providing a sense of comfort and safety.
