Very friend staff and Dr. Rappe. Explained everything very thoroughly and didn't try to upset me or offer other services I didn't come for. Treated my chief complaint and gave treatment recommendations as well as home care recommendations. Further treatme t options were given to me in a take home video. I'm very impressed.
