Outstanding customer service! My daughter‘s silhouette frames broke and I was desperate to get them fixed. They were so accommodating and were able to do it on the spot. Truly saved the day. I’ll plan to go to there for future eyeglass needs.????. Robin

I was on vacation and had forgotten my new contacts. Old Town Optix Optometry had samples of my prescription on hand. I would have been willing to pay but just gave them to me!
I’ll also add that while I was in there, I noticed that they carry a large selection of nice frames from the all the quality brands, but also some harder to find ones as well.

The other day ..., I walked into this business ... without an appointment and I was greeted with a smile. I was looking to reshape the sunglasses I just purchased ( from another store ... not this one ) and the people that work here were so kind to help me. Minutes later everything was adjusted and sitting over my ears much better. I will definitely come back here and shop here in the future.
