“Chris from George's BBQ Cleaning did a superb job cleaning and serving our unbelievably filthy outdoor BBQ. (We just bought the house; I don't think the original owners, who had it for 20 years, had ever cleaned it). He was at our house for about 3 hours, during a heat wave (it was 120 that day), and he worked so hard... the BBQ looks awesome. We will DEFINITELY hire Chris to clean the BBQ next summer!“
“I will admit, at first we had a rocky start. I had purchased a 4 hour deep clean through Groupon. Getting through the phone number wasn't easy the first time, then had an email. Finally Sandy and I were able to work through email. She was always was very polite in her wording and help make the rocky begining finish smoothly. I had no idea what to expect, since I've never used a cleaning service before. I was told 9:15 arrival and they were knocking at 9:05, so instant bonus to start. Maria and Claudia came in and asked if I had something important I wanted to have done and pointed to the plantain shutters and of course the bathrooms. I thought that would take up most of the time. Nope....they were done in an hour..and well done! So then it was just cleaning everything everywhere....the still were so fast and efficient...they actually had nothing to do... I cannot express how happy I am with Maria and Claudia's work. I can't wait to have them return. It might take a little time because our home is cleaner than when we moved in 4 years ago. “The first tech did not do a great job on cleaning my sofa. I called after everything was dry to state that parts of the couch looked no cleaner at all. Another tech was sent the very next day & did get most of it lots cleaner as well as explained why there was one area of the seat cushions that was next to impossible to get perfectly clean.The time frame for each appt. was between 11-6 & I was told I would receive a phone call 30 minutes in advance. I got a text at 10:25 am on the first visit stating the tech would be there in 9 minutes. I wasn’t home yet so I called the office & asked them to relay to the tech that info - they never bothered. The tech called me to say he was at my place & when I said I was 10 minutes away (he arrive at 10:35), he said no problem & he would wait. The next morning, I also received a text about 9 minutes before the arrival but thankfully, I was home. The 30 minute heads up only applies if they’re not already in your HOA!!! The 7 hour window is ridiculous as they have to know the afternoon before how many people are ahead of you & what each of those jobs entail. Thankfully, I was taken care of at the beginning of the window & not the end!!Service: Upholstery cleaning“
