I’ve always had great experiences with Gibson. Most recently Jonathan came out. He called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He was polite and explained everything well. Technician Chris came out and a few years ago and was great as well. In my experience Gibson’s techs are honest and knowledgeable which are the two most important things for me. Highly recommend.
