I have used First Class Cleaning Services for my vacation home in La Quinta. I chose them because they are a company with many cleaners and always have someone available for clean outs. They also have a fairly good reputation. There was a lot to iron out in the beginning, but things have worked themselves out and they are doing a pretty good job. Some of the things that helped smooth things out is having the same cleaners every time and having photos or videos done when they show up (in case there is any damage from tenants) and after they are done. What a Gem this company is. The crew they assigned has been nothing short of spectacular. They work hard and fast and clean every corner of the house. They do windows as well. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
