I found this diet to be very revealing.I learned things that I didn't know about losing weight. They educate you about food extensively. As with any diet it's not easy unless you have decided you're going to stick to it with resolve, but it sure answered many of my questions and I lost the weight.

I decided to go to Dr. Hashimoto's office to lose weight. The entire team is wonderful. Order the weight quickly. The diet is the easiest I have ever done. They taught me how to support myself. I thank the entire team for making me feel better.
