She was incredibly attentive and took the time to explain everything my teeth needed in detail, answered every question I had, and educated me throughout the entire process which is something I personally really appreciate. I felt so reassured and confident in the care I was receiving, and I immediately felt like I could trust her although I was used to seeing Dr. Kelsey.
On top of that, the front office staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Carly, in particular, was so patient and kind every time I called with questions. She even went above and beyond by contacting my insurance provider on the spot during my appointment to help get everything sorted out.
