As you will see, I do not write reviews very often. Now, it's about time!! I have been going to the Ulta Salon at Desert Crossing Palm Desert since they opened in 2011. I started with Lucia Flores, who is now one of the top stylists in the country (for several years now). She is wonderful....she knows all the ins and outs about hair for both women and men in every way imaginable. It's hard to believe it's been almost 15 yrs.. Thanking Ulta for the great service Lucia provides: she is kind, patient, a great listener, smart, thoughtful, funny and the best ever when it comes to hair! Always on schedule too. My husband was curious and after scheduling an appointment a few years ago.....he was impressed and is very happy with her service. Employees are polite and so helpful as well. THANK YOU!
I had to do a return here. I went to the Ulta in Indio a day before and had a very negative experience. Their employees were very rude in Indio. From now on, I will only visit this La Quinta location. Very polite employees.
