Love the Vault. We were going before it was changed to the Vault and I was really impressed when the new owner, Nicole took it over. The coaches and classes they offer are great. Also now that they have their app to book cages and lessons makes it that much better. If I ever have any questions I DM them on Instagram and they are always quick to reply. Carlos, Chuck, Brandon, Ethan and all their coaches are great. My only complaint is Coach Chuck doesn't offer group hitting :) In all honesty it's not a complaint but a compliment. My son loved going to the group hitting. Chuck is a great coach but I know he's busy and has VB obligations. Yet I would love to see a hitting...read full review

Been bringing my daughter here for years. It's the best batting cage location in the area. There's always balls, extra bats, tees, and machines for your convenience. Carlos is the best! He always accommodates our cage needs and is the nicest guy! This is definitely our go to! Thank you Carlos and The Vault staff!

Both my kids have been coming here for their summer camp and private hitting lessons with coach Chuck ( who is just awesome) & catching lessons with Alberto ( didn't want to post his name because it's already hard enough to book with him ) lol but credit will be given where it's due! We have already noticed a huge improvement in their baseball skills. The other day as I was dropping my kids off i noticed my daughter was struggling to check in and RJ immediately assisted her & checked in with me as I was outside with my twins in the car. He simply wanted to make sure I knew they were good to go. The staff here is so attentive and are great with the kids. My kids love it...read full review
