Called to set up an appointment and the lady had said she would call me back when she was available. Waited for hours and never called back to confirm my appointment. Should have called another salon. How unprofessional. Don’t waste your time when they cannot commit to clients. Call another salon.Service: Hairstyling

Love my hair. I came in with my hair a bit damage and fully bleached. Mercedes did an amazing job on my hair. She is very clean, professional, and I would definitely come again. She was able to fix my hair and get it done just the way i wanted it. She also styled my hair which came out amazing.Service: Hairstyling

After close to 7 months without a haircut, I was quite shaggy. I don't have a regular hair salon as I like to try out new/different places. I ran a search and came across Mercedes at Ruby's Hair salon. Truly a gem and will now be my 'go to' place. Mercedes squeezed me in and took amazing care of me. She did an amazing, thorough, and professional job. My hair looks amazing and feels so soft and healthy. Her prices are really great. The salon is tucked at the back of a fairly non-descript, tiny strip mall, but well worth it. While Spanish is her primary language, she fully understands English. Mercedes gets my highest recommendation.
