I was super satisfied with Tracey's work, time and effort into fixing my horrible previous hair cut. She made me feel super comfortable and even explained the process of what she was cutting and why. I have 0 complaints. She was very welcoming. I've been so picky about where to go and what I wanted, Tracey made my hair look alive again. I left feeling more knowledgeable about hair care and I felt super refreshed.

Tracey was incredibly caring and genuinely passionate about what she does. Her vibe is very welcoming:) You can tell she really knows her craft, she explained every step of the process so I always knew what was happening, and she helped me figure out the perfect haircut style for me and fixed my uneven layers. She even took the time to educate me on choosing the best shampoo to help with hair loss. I left feeling confident, informed, and absolutely loving my hair. Highly recommend!
