Kim is great , but do NOT go to anyone else in here. I came in today on my lunch break, asked the lady if she can remove my nails (I had 5 left to remove I got the other 5 off myself already) so 5 nails need acrylic removed. Simple, she tells me to wait until she is don't doing someone else feet. Ok no problem, then she tells me she doesn't know how to remove nails and I should come another day when Kim is there. Uhm but I just waited 40 min, why didn't you say that in the beginning?! Oh sorry she says, how you work at a nail shop and can't remove acrylic that I got at that exact shop 3 weeks ago, wow, unprofessional and rude and waste of time.. Best place ever I am going to several other salons but here they make it personally make it about you and make you feel like you're the only place there I really enjoy this face I really think I'm coming back I'm switching from a place that I have gone for several years with a stylus that I've been with since I was in high school and she she's great but she lost her personal touch every time she would do a manicure she just lost that personal touch I had with her but here they really made a personal with the person that they sat with an I watch and observe that and when it was my turn and I don't need to take with me they cared about how I felt with them.

Didn't quite get the names of the man and woman who did my nails and toes today, but they were so sweet and comforting to talk to. As for the nails, I was really happy with the outcome. I will definitely come here again (:
