It was a wonderful experience. The environment was very clean and tidy, and it felt very relaxing. The staff were welcoming and professional. Although my English is limited, they were very patient and friendly throughout the entire process, making me feel respected and cared for. I had a free prenatal checkup and received my pregnancy certificate the same day, which was incredibly helpful. They also took the time to share a lot of options and information with me, including early pregnancy precautions, insurance applications, and WIC, which helped ease my anxiety.
Options is a warm and trustworthy place, and I'm truly grateful for their help.
Such an amazing facility, I loved everything about this place. Everyone was so kind and patient from the moment I walked in to the moment I left, they offered me so many great options and resources to help me throughout my pregnancy journey . The staff there is amazing both Hailey and Lily were the sweetest people I’ve had help me. Lily prayed with me which made my experience with them even better ! I felt safe and comfortable during my visit there which not a lot of places have to offer. Overall such a wonderful experience.
Firstly I am beyond thankful that I came across this clinic. I do not have health insurance and needed to be seen as soon as possible. I sent a request for an appointment online and within minutes I got a callback and was able to get an appt same day. I was treated with so much care from the moment I received the phone call til the time I left. I was comfortable and was in a safe space the whole time. As a plus I was asked if I wanted prayer and of course I said YES before I left, thankful that God led me to this safe place.
