Just came out of her shop and she was really rough while doing our face. She made us wait for 2 customers because we were doing our full face. While doing our face she was pushing our face really rough as if that was going to make her go faster. WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. We didn't deserve this kind of treatment. She left patches of hair on my daughter's face but we didn't want to go back and get bad service again. We are NEVER going back again.

Just left from this eyebrow place, horrible service. I usually do my full face , and when it was my turn after waiting 30 minutes she tells me and my mom “Are you in a hurry” and she told us that she is going let 2 others in front of us because they were just doing eyebrows and that we would be next after them. So that gave us another 15 minutes of wait time , when we were there first. So unfair, our time was valuable too but she did not care. Whoever is first should be next, that’s only fair and right but not according to her. BEWARE!! My 16 yr old daughter went in for a brow waxing for her school photos tomorrow. The lady not only BURNT my daughter with the HoT wax. My daughter flinched and told her and she responded, "It's ok Baby" She continued and finished with by thread and made a hole in one eyebrow. After confronting her, she gave the run around.. " sometimes it happens" you're a business and considered a professional! "It's just a little red" no! You burnt her skin! "This is why I don't like to do wax" Then you shouldn't have taken the client to begin with! When told about the whole with no hair she responded "you didn't have the whole already?" No! She had a full set of bushy eyebrow! As Pissed as I am, I just wanted her to own up and take responsibility for what she did. I am furious over the situation but even more so how this worker handled it. She giggled when I asked her to apologize to my child. This is a burn and skin that you ripped off her face! There is absolutely nothing funny about the situation. I don't not give ANY stars for the bad service and treatment we were given However yelp forces to give at least one in order to leave a review. They have lost us as customers and we will not be returning and giving them our business ever again!
