My technician was punctual, gave updates as to time of arrival and arrivied at the time he said he would. Was very polite and pleasant to deal with. Did a thorough analysis of my fridge and explained in easy terms what the problem was and what the solotion was. Part was ordered and it came in on the day it was expected.
