Okay, here's why I give it a 3 star. Set up the appt 1.5 weeks ago, and on the day of car wash, I cleaned out both cars, and made sure I don't need the cars that morning. The appt was 10am and texted and called them at 10:20am, I got a return text and they said it will be a little late. No show at 10:40am and called and went to voicemail, and no response after that. My wife and I gave up that morning and not even an apology to say they forgot to schedule us. I have used them 3 times before and it was always 2 cars so it's worth their trip. Sad.

There's better out there that will make you feel satisfied. I'll start off with THEY ARRIVED AN HOUR EARLY Asked for a simple clean couldn't even do that!! I didn't even have much to clean inside and they still couldn't do it. Interior still dirty I don't think they even touched it. Vaccum was good wash was good still have little marks of dirt around the car.

Very good car wash. They are mobile which makes it very convenient and they will pretty much go anywhere in the inland empire. They have try and put you in the next day they are very accommodating.
