This place is awful and unprofessional! My first appointment here they gave me hearing aids and upon using them they never worked. I came again for an appointment to get them “fixed” and the manager and front desk assistant gave me attitude. I wanted to ask for their higher-up phone number and they gave me a false phone number for another Sonus location that is closed in Huntington Beach. I told the lady and then she gave me a fax phone number. I am absolutely baffled how this place is still running!

Tammy has always been very knowledgeable and helpful with my hearing issues. Tammy helped me find and buy my new hearing aides and what a world of difference they have made for me. The cleaning and adjusting has always been quick and easy. I appreciate Tammy and her work.

Dr. G. is very knowledgeable. She is very helpful in explaining all the possible options that you can get. I order my customized in-ear headphones and the job was done professionally. Highly recommend Dr. G. to anyone who needs hearing aids or any hearing issue.
