I find the staff great, service excellent. they have given me excellent advice and options. The work has always been stellar. My family has gone there for decades. Our grand daughter drives from quite a distance to keep them as her dentist.
So kind and friendly. They give excellent customer service and they do not ever make you feel like you are getting ripped off. Very conservative with their treatment. I've been going here since the 70's and I've only ever tried 2 other dentists in my life and both e experiences were not half as good
This office is like a tranquil spa. They expertly handled my food trap, chips, crowns, Invisalign, my mother's complicated issues - no pain! We happened to see Dr. Nate, Dr. Jessica, and a while back, Dr. Oliver, and they all wait for the Novocaine to "take" before bringing out the sharp instruments. I will continue to return and refer everyone I know to them. Other people in the waiting room talk about how they drive great distances - eg San Diego - to continue with this office over the years. I am so happy their family has devoted their skills to dentistry, which ends up affecting all areas of their clients' lives, since we walk around with their work in our heads - LOL. I wonder if they share tips! I let them know I need to know upfront about the fees, and they never surprise me. The front office are such a pleasure to see and hear from, and they really focus on their work and clients. I have found the billing to be smooth and flawless. They treat myself and my mother with such kindness. After having work from other places just fall out within a month, I am grateful every single bit of work they performed was successful and stayed put! I know they care and have integrity with their work.
