I was sent to collections because of this awful unresponsive insurance group. Over 300 dollars. They rejected my insurance initially because I had “another primary insurance”. Every time I called to resolve this I waited on hold for a long time and was told a different excuse of why it was rejected every time. I dealt with this back and forth for almost a year and now they are saying they can not try to re file the claim because it is from 2023. This is the worst most unethical company I have ever experienced. I truly wish nothing but the worst for this organization. Karma is real and I hope it is swift for Apple Care.

This has got to be the worst healthcare I have ever experienced. I’m baffled how they are in business. They are slowly killing my father every facility They have sent my father too He has left there worse than he came in. They want to send him to facilities that are 2 1/2 hours away from where he lives so his family cannot even come see him. Very unprofessional would not recommend this to anybody.

Place is very disappointing...haven't been at location, but since I've been on the plane for blueshield...I've have attempted to make appointments multiple times and I have never ever ever EVER received calls back..Do not try to make appointments with this location or you can try but you will be disappointed as I am
