stopped by to get my roots retouch and Vanessa end up burning of my roots she kept my hair to long in the heat.. she didn’t even advices me that my hair fell she just told me that i need to come back for some treatment and when i got home to that is when i noticed all my roots were burned of from the bleach…. i trusted her with my hair, never coming back.. i came back the next day to tell her and she was yelling at me saying that isn’t her fault that my roots were burn… ?????

On my Saturday appointment I asked for my roots to be colored to match the rest of my hair. I asked her to dry it a little to see if it matched. It looked ok but after I had left for another appointment elsewhere it looked much darker in the open sunlight. Needless to say, by that time they were closed and on Sunday as well. So I'm stuck looking a mess. No more coloring from there.Service: Hair coloring
