It was a great experience!! It was the best Mother's Day gift from my beautiful daughter. We got the Oasis package and it was perfect. Your head, face, shoulders & arms are thoroughly massage & cleansed. Your hair is washed & dried before you leave. The staff was great and not rushed. I'll definitely return to try another package, maybe foot 🦶🏼 massage!! 🫶🏼
Amazing Mother’s Day experience. Huge thank you to the entire team for being so kind, patient, and attentive even during a busy holiday. Everyone made my mom feel welcomed and cared for. The spa was peaceful, clean, and relaxing, and the service exceeded our expectations. You can truly tell the staff puts effort into making every guest feel special. We left with great memories and will definitely be returning.
Welcoming and affordable, and my mom enjoyed it for Mother’s Day—but I’d avoid busy days. It felt chaotic and overbooked, with people foot soaking in the small waiting area while others stood around to pay. We waited 30 minutes, were promised a free add-on that didn’t happen, and turnover felt rushed (staff left previous customers’ belongings in our booth). We were also asked to change into robes in a shared space with strangers, which felt pretty bizarre. The water during my treatment was cold, making it hard to relax.
Great concept, but execution needs improvement.
