Want to start off by saying that about 4 days ago I called asking for the shops hours and a sweet, friendly gal answered all my questions and mentioned that Eric would be able to help because she will be leaving soon.Eric Was so kind and extremely patient answeringALL my questions regarding purchasing a hot spot tower.,, I recommend this location 100% even though the taxes are 10% and I could have gone down the street from where I work at In Fullerton and only pay 7.75% but being loyal to AMAZINGLY AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE is number 1 to me as & paying the extra on taxes I don't mind because CUSTOMER SERVICE seems to be dead but NOT HERE! I have to say, Josh, hands down is an awesome dude. I'll be honest in that Boost Mobile's new myBoost Customer Service Reps are a joke; they're rude and ignorant about their own products and the management isn't any better being equally rude and unwilling to do their jobs. And then there is Josh! Even though he was unable to resolve the issue, he sure as strawberries are red, went out of his way to try and find one. He was respectful, listened to what I was saying not what he wanted to hear and even went above and beyond by offering to assist even though once I left his store it was no longer his problem. " Honest, Respectful, Professional" First time here and very happy. The best customer service in the area. I had to change my sim card by March 31, 2022 for new service upgrade. I got a text message to take my phone to a boost mobile store and swap sim card for free and receive a $75 dollar credit on bill for doing it. I went here today and the young man swap it and did not charge me or try to upsell me. Other boost mobile stores in the area wanted to charge me a fee to swap sim. The customer associate at this store was very attentive and answer all my questions. Other customers who were being help where complaining about the other boost stores in the area.
