Great customer service, great overall experience here! Bought a Groupon for this place initially because my usual salon was fully booked through the holidays. Close to work, good Yelp reviews, and a $20 deal for a Brazilian wax? I decided to give it a shot. Christina was very easy and quick to communicate with via phone and text. She's even more pleasant in person! As far as the actual wax service went, I liked her technique and her attention to detail. I've gone to salons where the technique made me feel uncomfortable due to the positioning I was instructed to go into. However, no issues here. Kristina did an awesome job! This is a first Brazilian that I came out of smiling not because it was over , but because it was painless and overall good experience. All hair is gone, thorough and painless procedure. Kristina is lovely and nice to talk to. First time I didn't feel any pain!
Got a Brazilian Wax done with Christina for the first time and she was the best!! She made me feel uncomfortable and kept my mind off the pain. The type of wax she uses was great for my skin and my skin didn't have a bad reaction to it. She has a Groupon for only $19!!!! Usually a bikini/brazilian wax is $40 and up. So that's def a steal and she doesn't use the cheap wax.
