I have had several experiences with poor paint jobs and mediocre pedicures here. I won’t be back after I was made to feel as if this lady had trouble painting my toes because of me. I realize my toes tend to wanna cross so I bring in my own toe separators to paint my toes and my own good quality not diluted nail polish. The owner should pay more attention to what this technician is doing. She does sloppy work and isn’t confident in her painting techniques which is why the first thing she pulls out when painting your toes is the nail polish remover and her little brush to clean areas up that she’s messing up on. I have been going here for years. I have a bit of social anxiety so I ONLY come when it is slow. I’ll leave and come back just to avoid big crowds.
The only people in this building that has any sense in doing acrylic nails is the owner and Diana. DO NOT GO WITH ANYONE ELSE. They will not shape correctly and cannot do any sort of designs. My pedicures are always good.
Now to my recent experience I had a broken toe nail and asked for acrylic to fix it and was laughed at and told no (they still did it) then on to my nails. I love the nail place! The service is amazing and every one of the workers is so nice! I just came in for a French tip acrylic gel fill today and I can always trust they will do great. Shoutout to Vivian for doing amazing always, you're the best!! (I hope you see this) THANK YOU!!
