My wife and I wanted to add a vent to our laundry room and so we called the company that installed our A/C unit 12 years ago. They came out and did a service call and gave us a quote. My wife asked me to call a few other companies to get a second opinion. I am glad I listened to her. I spoke to 6 other companies and 3 would not give me a quote without charging me a fee. HVAC Guys was quick to offer a free second opinion and was able to speak with me over the phone to offer their services and a quote to perform the work that was more reasonable then the original company. We decided to go with HVAC Guys to perform the work and we are happy that we did. They were on time, courteous, easy to work with and answered all my questions. They were very clean and treated my home as if it was their own. They did a better job cleaning my AC unit outside and made it look better than the company I paid $88 to do a service call. I will not hesitate to call them in the future to service my A/C and heater, and will deffinently recomend them to anyone who needs A/C service in the future. AC went out just as the heat wave came. Contacted Costco \\\" We Can Help\\\" cam by. They quoted me $20k to replace my AC. They did not look at fixing what I had and just wanted to replace what I had. Luis from HVAC Guys came out and immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it easily by replacing a few parts.
