Gave a fabulous fun combination graduation and birthday party last weekend and Party Rental Place is one of three vendors whose service made it all possible. I owe a tremendous amount of gratitude to Fernanda and the wonderful staff. Three hours before the event I contacted the party rental I had booked three weeks in advance. I will not name the company. I communicated verbally and via text with the unnamed company as I was making my selections online on their website. Received a text saying thanks for your business. 48 hours before the event I sent a text indicating I was looking to seeing them on Saturday. (I realized much later I did not receive a reply to the 48 hour text.) The day of the event I was told by this vendor that there was no record of my order and they had absolutely no supplies. I felt a migraine coming on, I was so shook up. We needed 14 tables, 80 chairs and a jumper. After frantically calling 7 or 8 local party supply vendors, which none had anything available - I struck gold! Party Rental Place to the rescue! Fernanda was so wonderful and kind, I calmed down and was able to breath. I called at 11:05 and by 1:15 everything I needed was being delivered to my home. My family was overjoyed and got to work right away decorating the tables and setting everything up. Whew! Fantastic service and the team was amazing. Everything was picked up Sunday morning as previously arranged. Kudos! God Bless You!
I spoke to a young lady Marlene on the telephone and she was so gracious, professional and patiently answered all of my questions. She is to be commended for excellent customer service on the telephone. Thank you Marlene. We need more employees like you!!!
I have used this party rental multiple times and they never fail to assist. Their prices are good and good quality of the rentals. I have used it for tables and chairs for adults and kids. Then you walk in the store and see everything else you might need from decorations, piñata's, candy and more. I always come back as they are friendly and professional. It's almost like a one stop shop!
