so far so good! i have now been there twice on the recommendation of my sister, who has been going there for years, along with her family. I've had 2 visits, one with Dr. Rahimi who is delightful and so very gentle in touch and in word. she is just a nice person and she makes you feel at ease. Then, yesterday i went in for 2 root canals. I have never had 2 at once and my last experience with root canals was many years ago, traumatic and horrible, so i had A LOT of anxiety about this. They bring in a contracted dentist and assistant for this procedure so i did not catch their names but WOW! 2 root canals in under 40 minutes with little to no pain? i just couldn't believe it. its now the day after my 2 root canals with local anesthesia and i still feel almost no pain. I'm just amazed. Ladies in the front office, very nice. Polite and helpful and understanding. Other techs and assistants i came into contact with but also did not get their names, were all very nice and helpful as well. The lady who did my deep cleaning on my first visit was super pro and nice. I haven't had a bad experience. Yes, even with my dental ins. coverage, its expensive, unfortunately, with good dental work you get what you pay for. i may not like it but i know it will be worth it.
