This place was the worst dental place I ever visited.I made an appoinment by phone early in the morning and went there. The office was not even open and I had to call and no one picked up the phone. People were outside waiting for an office to open and about 5 mins passed, the lady ran and opened up door. I had an appointment but waited inside for 1 hour and 30 mins and they didn't even call my name. I told them I will cancel and get my refund back. Cuz they charge x-ray fee in advance.I took my precious PTO and went there just to get stressed out and nothing had been performed. Just left gold coast dental in La Habra, needed to have a broken tooth removed. I told the dentist the tooth was infected and I needed to get the swelling down before the operation. He said he would prescribe the antibiotic only after not before the operation and told me to go to an emergency clinic to get the antibiotic. Then I could come back to get the removal done.This made no sense and made me think he was not licensed to write prescriptions.BEWARE OF ANY DENTIST THAT SAYS " I DO THE OPERATION TODAY OR YOU CAN STAY IN PAIN."
