About LA Fitness

The gym is described as a social place with a small and confined weight room, but customers appreciate the clean and well-maintained facilities, including the locker rooms and sauna. The staff, particularly Candace at the front desk and the employees in the kids' club, Lorena and Jalen, are praised for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism. Customers highlight the constant maintenance and servicing of the equipment, as well as the team that reorganizes the weights. LA Fitness La Habra needs attention. The workout area us clean, plenty of equipment, the staff is nice, house keeping tries to keep clean but the gym needs to be remodeled. The womens amenities are horrible.
Outdated dingy bathrooms & showers. Floor in front of steamroom is uneven, rust on floor? Weird smell in showers & poor drainage. Pool is shutdown due to unstable roof.
Not sure why LA Fitness shutdown the Whittier location when La Habra location is the one that actually needs immediate attention. See photos.
Why is it that the Zumba instructor Lety it's always 10 to 15 minutes late to the class. She is offbeat, she blows a whistle at us like military boot camp, and she's always having subs. Its rnot fair and it's not really right for people that enjoy a Zumba class
The facility is spacious, clean, and odor-free, making it a very comfortable place to work out. It’s also quiet, which creates a great environment for exercise.
The shower area is well-maintained with no unpleasant smells, and the water pressure is excellent. The only downside is that the shower heads could be improved a bit.
Overall, I highly recommend it—definitely check out LA Fitness if you get a chance!
