On 12/01/2023, my son got a flat tire on his car...i called AAA for assistance. Eric showed up and went above and beyond....i have never been so impressed with the service provided...the donut for my son's car was dust so eric followed my son to a nearby tire shop and offered to put the new tire on after we purchased a new one...he was so knowledgeable and so kind - caring about my sons safety as he followed my son...I was so extremely appreciative. I was waiting for AAAto send me a survey but one never came. I wanted to give a big thank you to Eric and graham's towing.

Had to get my 2020 Chevy Silverado truck jump started because of a dead battery and called AAA which sent out a serviceman from Graham's Towing Service. His name was Yusen and was a solid down to earth guy. Yusen came out and jumpstarted the battery without issue. Because of steering lock issues due to battery power outage affecting the whole system I had to request him again to jump start because of needing to turn off the vehicle to reset steering function. Yusen drove out again with a great attitude and worked his magic again on a stubborn completely dead battery that wouldn't start. Really appreciate them coming out twice to help me start up my truck.
