I have used Western Plumbing at a few different locations. Every time Joe or his team comes through. Joe and his team were able to resolve a problem with the boiler / hydronic system used to heat a building that I used to live in. There were multiple different plumbers and specialists look at the boiler system and all failed to see that a part was installed 180 degrees in the wrong direction. After correcting the plumbing error and updating my indoor unit we have heat after 4+ years.
