Our home's AC unit was not cooling or heating after being off for over a year due to a lengthy remodel. After making a few calls to A/C companies in my area telling me they have minimum amounts they charge to visit customer's homes, I broadened the results and VT Heating & AC was one of the top results on Yelp.I ended up speaking to Sevan and was able to schedule an appointment for a technician to come check out the problem. The tech mentioned it could be a few things and started to diagnose/troubleshoot my system. Both the furnace & condenser were only 3 years old but it had been sitting unused for a year. In less than an hour, everything was tuned up & running in perfect shape. I even had a new smart thermostat I wanted installed & they swapped it out in just a few minutes. Best of all, the price for everything was LESS than the insane "minimums" some of the other companies mentioned.I'm very thankful for the service VT provided as the weather in LA has gone from crazy cold to crazy hot, and now I can finally turn my A/C or heater on without any worries. I hope I never run into any issues HVAC issues again, but if I do, VT will be my number 1 call.
