Our AC went out today, July 3rd, during this heat, right before July 4th. Most HVAC companies were either closed, unavailable, or completely booked. We have a baby in the house, so I explained the situation and he came out within an hour.
I usually leave reviews for good work and service, but this one is different. This review goes out to Robert Hall and Sons for an exceptional show of morality, kindness, and professionalism. People like you are rare in modern times.
Thank you
Best of the best! I was having issues with my AC unit and within 10 minutes he arrived and fixed the issue. Extremely knowledgeable, kind, and wonderful guy. Couldn’t recommend them enough, I will be giving their information to all of my friends and family for future AC issues.Thank you so much!
I have a 2 story 35 year old home with 2 furnaces and 2 AC units. Replaced everything as well as ductwork. Joe and company were on time and polite throughout the 2 plus day process. Both furnaces work great. Can’t wait until summer to really test the 2 AC units.
