We usually have great service. Today, it was like something bad happened to the store before I arrived. Very curt from beginning to end. Even after tipping. Not expecting bubbly, or great conversation, but at least polite and some communication. Strange.

It feels a bit odd reviewing a Supercuts. Isn't the point that you ought to get consistent, nicely cut hair? I think I suffer from having the mostly basic haircut on the planet so don't really value having a haircut generally as some do so my review is:- good, cut lasts 4-5 weeks, they're nice to my daughter when we go in together #supercuts

I've gone in twice and Ana did exactly as I asked and I loved it!!!! The appointment system is easy and I did not have to wait. She was able to recommend a good shampoo for my type of hair. I will definitely return in the future.
