When it was time to replace our roof, my husband narrowed it down to four roofing contractors for estimates, and Complete Roof Repair was our first choice. Joe came out, was very professional, explained the whole roofing process in simple terms, and gave us a few shingle options that fit our home and budget. What really stood out was that he clearly went over the warranty details and costs, which no other roofer had taken the time to explain. We chose them over the other bids because the value was better and the service felt more honest and complete. In addition to the main house roof, we also had the roof replaced on our detached garage, bar, and two sheds. On installation… read full review

After getting a few estimates, we chose a local roofing company to remove moss and debris from our asphalt shingle roof, clean the flat roof and the garage siding, and handle a few roof repairs. I could tell Russell and his crew would do solid work because he clearly cares about quality roofing and doing the job the right way. What really stood out was that no payment was needed until the work was finished, communication was clear from start to finish, and they left the whole property very clean. Even the gutters looked great when they were done. They also took the time to explain the roof repair process and made sure everything was in good shape for the warm La Cañada… read full review
