We had an issue on a Friday afternoon and we were having a hard time finding someone last minute that could help before the weekend. Joe showed up within an hour and got right to work. He was able to take care of the problem and even found our buried clean out that nobody had been able to find in the past. He was very friendly and left to get the right equipment that wasn't in his truck so that he could complete the job. We were so thankful for his quick response and thorough job.
I discovered I had a hot water leak under the slab of my house. I called around several different plumbers around town to get quotes on the best way to restore the hot water line and fix the problem. Carlos was the first one to assess the situation offered a solution and explained the entire process.He was very responsive and was able to come out right away. I was given a few options on repair and settled on re-piping both the hot and cold-water lines, since they were already going to have to open the walls for the hot water lines.They were able to start the project within a few days and met the 2 day timeline we had agreed upon.They showed up on time each day and cleaned...read full review
