Minor confusion with communication in the beginning , almost carried through with maintenance without my agreement as the landlord . But everything was cleared up in a respectful manner and did a great job accommodating and carry through . Great company highly recommend.
Had a good experience with the tech. The price was extremely high but needed to be done on a holiday weekend. Wished I could have get the invoice faster than 3-4 business days. Overall tech was great and understood what we needed.
The guy that came out to help with our problem was really amazing !! He was a lot of help. However i scheduled online and it doesn’t say anywhere that to come out would be $45 and on top of that i would need to pay $100+ just to be seen. I was surprised. Nothing wrong with it just didn’t expect to pay that much.
