Mike's Towing provides fast and reliable service. They responded quickly to a customer's flat tire on Highway 198, changing it efficiently and professionally. In another instance, a driver went above and beyond, ensuring a customer with a flat tire reached the correct tire repair location. Mike's Towing also assists with vehicle disposal, handling DMV paperwork after an accident. They are dedicated to making difficult situations easier for their customers.
A family member had a small accident, and these guys had to tow the car away, with the personal items. Jesus in the office along with Fabian(?) were very helpful and went above and beyond to help get the items back to the owner, right after closing time. I don't know if Jesus is the owner or not, but he and his team sure acted that way.
My RV’s tire blew out. I was in dangerous location on 198. I called Mikes towing and they were on sight within 30 minutes to change it out. The driver was very friendly and professional. I want to thank you and CHP for what you do! Keep up the great work!
My wife's tire blew outside of King city. Ignacio was a lifesaver. The Roadside Assistance told Ignacio to go to the wrong place (they didn't even have tire repair services there) and he didn't mind driving my wife to the proper place to get the tire replaced.
