Came in here looking for layers in my hair, just to add volume to it. Mind you my hair was down to my waist. I asked for only about an inch and a half off and to keep as much length possible. My hair is now mutilated above my braw line. For my girls with long hair pls look for someone more qualified if your looking for layers. Save yourself the year of growth, meltdown and depression that comes with the haircut. Just for reference I walked out with what seems a wolf cut. She also thinned out all of my hair..The first picture was the refrence of what I wanted and the second is what i got.😭

Disappointed, they only have one person cutting hair, it's 1:30pm on Sunday and they say they close at 3pm and the lady didn't want to help me because it closes at 3pm, with 1:30pm missing she had 3 people to cut hair. He should have closed the door since he won't answer at 1:30pm.

Stylist: At 1:30pm he didn't want to serve me because it closes at 3pm. He must have closed the door and the business hours should say, open until the stylist decides.
