Our car got a flat and our spare was flat too so we needed a tow in 100 degree heat last week and Ginger answered the phone right away and got Jesus dispatched to us right away. We only waited about 30 mins which was just the time it took for Jesus to drive to where we were. He towed our car without any issues. He was kind, comforting to our two little boys who had to ride in the tow truck too, prompt and reasonably priced since we paid out of pocket. I hope to never need them again but it's nice to know they are out there helping stranded people quickly! Thank you guys!
CHP got me on the 5, driving from LA to SF…and these guys towed away and protected my ride (containing a ton of valuables) until I could get back down there. Nothing was missing and may go back to buy another vehicle from them. Good people for sure!!Service: Car towing
My 2020 Tesla model 3 and I were on an adventure to Glendale, California and ran out of electricity because I took Hwy 5 instead of 99 AND, my bad, was distracted on the phone driving, chatting with a friend and missed the charging station exit. I ran out of power and called Tesla who was no help. They directed me to call my towing insurance company AAA. I Googled the closest towing service and boom! They sent Carlos who towed us to a Tesla charging station and I made it to Los Angeles in 12 hours instead of 6 or 7.
