Thank you Juan! Our VW van broke down and Juan picked us up, directed us to an excellent repair shop (KC Tire Service), and dropped us off at the Best Western. The tow was covered by AAA, which is absolutely worth it and a great value. Kind, courteous, helpful. The world needs more Juans!
Dillon came to save us when we were stranded on the side of the road. I had submitted an AAA roadside request to the closest shop, about 30 miles away, but Dillon called to check in and let me know that shop only worked on semi trucks. He suggested another shop in Lost Hills, and I took his advice and called them.
Just 15 minutes after my initial AAA request, Dillon arrived. He quickly got our car hooked up and safely transported us to the shop. We could not be more grateful for J&D Joshua's towing. We had car troubles after driving 200 miles from home. They were just finishing helping another driver, and we approached them and explained our situation. Thankfully Juan ( I think, don't quote me) was willing to get us towed to a nearby mechanic. We had originally had a mechanic picked out. Upon the advice from Juan, he steered us clear of a potential scam. Thank you so much.
