The new dermatologist, Dr. Stefan Lowenstein, is quick and smart, but rushed, and I felt pressured. I came with notes, but felt too much pressure to ask some questions that would otherwise have come naturally. I'd give him a try to see how effective his prescriptions turn out to be.
First, I got an appointment in one day for an urgent need. Second, The RN/NP Yasmin Arnoushiravani was excellent in her questions, observations and treatment choices. The Rx's she provided really did the trick and took a nasty infected rash down to almost completely gone in 3 days, and the other related issues into a manageable, healing state. She also followed up the next day to see how I was doing, and to ask a few added questions in case she missed something. In the call-back she also offered a tip to get the infection area to stop being itchy. VERY. happy with her efforts in patient care !!!
