Dr. Chien is such a caring and gentle Dentist. I had a great experience with my root Canal this morning. He made sure I was OK the entire time and has a very gentle touch. There was 0 discomfort during and now the numbing is wearing off, I still have 0 discomfort or pain. The office staff is always courteous and polite.
Amazing staff.. I mean, the ladies, especially the sweetheart Tiffany at the desk.. what amazing customer service! Knowledgeable, professional, and darn right sweet. The dentist, Dr. Chien is gentle, patient, and professional. You can tell the guy has a heart of gold. Smile'n is my thing, and thanks to doc and the team. I can keep on keepin' on!
I dont know what all the fuss is with waiting. I walked in here to get a general checkup/teeth cleaning and was in and out super fast. I loved how they didnt make you make another appointment for the cleaning too. I didnt wait at all, the staff is very friendly!
