Stevens Plumbing is a reliable and knowledgeable business that provides excellent service. They show up on time, offer the best options, and work efficiently to resolve plumbing issues. With expertise in various materials and systems, including off-grid solutions and radiant floor systems, they offer good rates and great results, making them a highly recommended choice.
My tenant wanted to use them for a kitchen sink issue, based on reviews. It was a small issue and a quick fix. We waited a week for them to come out (tenant's choice to not go with someone who could come sooner), they were on time and fixed the drain easily. Every point of contact in the interactions was professional, and I believe the company is reliable and has integrity. I had a slight concern about being overcharged based on what was quoted - apparently there's a distinction between the hourly rate for plumbing vs. drain cleaning, but they honored the quoted price and I find that reasonable and appreciate it.
Steve is the best. We plumbed my entire house, new construction off-grid. He's friendly, shows up to every appointment, and we worked out the best option every time. He does it all, copper, pex, PVC, ABS, and we even installed a radiant floor system that I'm incredibly happy with. Good rate, great guy. Thank you Steve.
We called Steve last night when our water heater went out. He came as soon as he was able this morning and did a terrific job. Can’t say enough good things about Stevens Plumbing!
