She started by carefully removing my old acrylics, paying extra attention since I mentioned my sensitive cuticles. Sam then shared some fantastic design ideas to help achieve the perfect look; she has such a range of options! She took her time to ensure the design was meticulously crafted, and didn't rush through. She has an eye for the design and such a steady hand. My nails look even better in person; with a shimmering pastel layer. The location of the business is also super adorable and just feels like you are hanging out at your friends house - it was super cozy despite the super rainy day outside. I'm looking forward to getting more work done by Sam in the future. Just a tip: remember to book early because she's quite popular with a loyal client base, and it's clear to see why!“

I had a weird red-ish undertone on my ends and she definitely went out of her way to research the best way to cancel it out . I also wanted a color that ended up aging me (definitely not my color) and as soon as it was obvious we both were not liking the color she quickly worked some magic and gave me a beautiful blonde balayage.
