Great service from the Jamestown store! Matias was the best!! Delivery and installation went smoothly. The 2 guys were obviously pros. Very happy with our new gas stove, vent and dishwasher.

I bought a microwave from direct appliances. They were great from start to finish. I recieved texts letting me know where I was on the delivery schedule and when it would arrive. The delivery men were fast in and out. Very pleasant and cleaned up afterwards.

Installers gave me updates on when they expected to be at my home. They were professional, friendly gave excellent customer service answered the questions that I had. I would highly recommend these two Installers as they are an asset to your company
